As our site explains Begin Anew was formed from a dream of mine to help others over come the stigma and difficulties that surround the single parent family unit.

I've decided to add this page to the site to express my personal thoughts and/or gratitude to those that have helped me along this path.

As I was reading the 501(c)(3) approval letter from the IRS I was both overjoyed and humbled by our accomplishments thus far. Overjoyed with the thoughts of the good things to come and humbled by the knowledge that I could not have accomplished any of this without the love and support of my friends and colleagues.

Lovingly they have boosted me up when I was overwhelmed with fear and uncertainty about my own abilities. They have listened to me complain, cry and scream in frustration but they were equally there to hear my laughter and excitement as each new hurdle was overcome. And as I sit here and type this out I am overwhelmed with humbling and joyful gratitude toward them. I would love to list each of them and how they have helped me; like Miss Tran the attorney that has coached and guided me along the process of getting our 501(c)(3) status but there are far too many to list here but my sincerest thanks go out to everyone that has supported me thus far. I do wish to acknowledge one special person though, a woman who has walked this path with me from the beginning. Thank you Tahnee for always believing in me even when I didn't, you are a very special person and a great friend.

I know the road in front of us is still very long and narrow but I also know from first hand experience that with a little help from my friends anything is possible.
